admins are the law. they are scary god creatures! you anger them and they will hunt you down on other sites and steal your dreams and hopes.

nice models by the way, makes me wonder what sonic will look like in 10 years from now...will he be so tall he has noodles for arms and legs?

Just try and steer clear from them next time and also have patience for the models. We all have real lives outside of this forum as well you know.
Few new things, not as many as I have ready, but these ones are the only ones I've managed to upload so far, expect more tomorrow.

All of the Tribes: Ascend models are a collaboration between me and RTB, as he helped me find all the textures; and as I said above, expect more from me tomorrow. This is just mainly to let you know I'm still alive.

I guess I've gotta update my Sonic Generations model icons later after I've uploaded your new models, so they can match the rest. And those Tribes: Ascend textures weren't easy to get, lemme tell ya.

Speaking of Sonic Generations, I've got a few models myself that are ready for uploading. I'll do so later on tonight, once I get a few more things ripped.

(EDIT: CRAP. That's just not fair -- the Blood Eagle Heavy model you uploaded is way too big -- the textures alone take up 40MB of the file... That's it, badgering time. The Sonic Generations models uploaded without a problem, though.)
These Rock! Great selection! I didn't realise that Robotnik had stitching on his jacket. I never saw that in the cutscenes, but that's probably because the cutscenes are poorly rendered. Once again, Thanks, Apoc

Okay, so I found some errors with my earlier Sonic Generations ports, so I fixed them, I also re-did the icons to look better.

And now that that's done, here's some more new submissions:

As for how I make the renders look so rad, I apply all the textures (FAL, specular, specular level [POW], bump maps), then add a skylight, render at a large resolution then downsample it to fit the size of the icon/preview.

Well I know CGI cutscenes don't make it perfect but it would have been nice to have seen some proper full CGI cutscenes and the cutscenes had low shadowmaps and ambient light switched on pretty much the whole time with fresnel maps to make the characters look more three dimensional.

Seriously folks, if you want your renders to look like the generations in game cutscenes, switch the fresnel on the environment maps on and set it to white and 30% strength, then turn on ambient illumination. See what you get

You know you got a point they did make a bit ugly everybody loves the game so much but i dont think it all that, i just like it becusz the Sonic characters Sega dont do much with them.
