Sorry, I don't know. I just packed the files into folders so that they could be upload to my media fire account. Sad
Well for those things. I finally found Batreaux on one of the files in Stages 1, its located in F012r and the filename is F012r_stg_l1.arc.LZ. Thats where i found the 2 batreauxs there.

I posted the link to the character on mediafire.
Do the shield models you posted come with their upgraded versions?

Batreaux doesn't have a sheild. He uses his powers as his sheild to protect himself while hes an alien demon from attacks.
Sorry that comment I made was directed to Roxas358.

Yes, they do. There's three textures for one model. And the Alpha channel makes the shield look different by hiding parts.

Actually those are something else and Batreaux has wings while hes an alien and the human one has the cape i think.

isn't Batreaux a demon, not an alien?

Hes both, a demon and an alien. He has slime in body when hes a demon. Hes been the evil boss on other non-zelda games.

but I'm almost certain he's only been in Skyward sword. I'm not sure how the accuracy of Zelda wiki is, but it say's his first appearance is Skyward sword...

Certainly i think the aliens wiki has that article called batreaux here:
http://aliens.wikia.com/wiki/Batreaux

Thats where the article tells you about his first appearence.

Dude that's fandom.
He's an original Zelda character. Quite frankly, I'm not even going to ask why you believe that, no offense.
