Hooray, my first post is a noob question! I'm so happy !

On the sprite submitting page, it states that there is an icon maker which can be found on the downloads page. However, I simply can't find the download page or any link to the icon maker on either the main site or the forum. Simply put:

WAR IZ TEH DOWNLAOD P@GE CUZ1WANT TO MAK IcON THINGS LIEK U GUYZ

Or, in less noobish terms:

How can I get to the downloads page, and if that isn't possible, could I have a download link to the icon maker, or even a simple icon template?
