edit: i know i like conspiracy theories and shit, but i was wondering if the group which breivik belonged to had anything do with this, like stirring people to riot, thus showing the instability of a multicultural, cosmopolitan society, which would put nationalism and their beliefs in favour?

No, but judging from the current state of the riots, it's possible. Unless you actually hear about her on the streets or on the news, I don't think that anyone should be actively searching for her.
