that said it's not that hard to understand why most people do this when making a show.

Yeah, the books are actually pretty calm, not especially dramatic stuff. I like it because author is godly with metaphors, idioms and alliteration. Reading the books is like eating a tasty meal of words. Stuff like, "It was hard to admit a drooling idiot like Coulter might be right about something, but then again, Newton didn't deny gravity just because the apple had a low IQ."

I'm finally caught up.

i wasn't ready for the episode to end then.
dexter is getting sloppy. i'm not sure if its the writers, or dexter himself; i hope its the latter.

I doubt that given the circumstances of the last episode

I mean, they let Dexter break one of his own rules for the sake of everyone else in the show. I'm certain that they won't kill off Deb or anyone else at Miami Met.
