Lightning just hit my house
The internet and phone are out (but my router is dead), all the cable boxes are dead, my 65in tv is dead, and my 360 and wii are dead
FF13 was in my xbox which i guess i can get but idk how to eject the wii

Fake edit: ok, two of the cable boxes are now turning on but the hard drive in one is fried and the other can't find a signal
I took my wii in the other room and it turned on just fine
my 360 is still dead though but i was able to manually eject the disc drive to get FF13
i hope my 360's hdd is fine...

Yesterday, you guys.

Overslept and ended up late to English in the morning.
Got my first D in the class because I forgot to double-space and apparently wasn't focused enough.
Not able to donate plasma for a week because my protein was too low, so I won't be eating much this week.
Took a nap before my next class (business), and ended up late to that.
Got out of Business class and find a note under my windshield wiper that says "Hey text me sometime" with a phone number.
It's a dude who thought my car was driven by a chick.

It's almost a week before I head off to North Carolina for Animazement. I hope I don't mess up during my first trip away from friends/family.

Got an AP Language and Composition exam tomorrow.

Somewhat nervous. I did amazingly well on a test I took a week or so back, but then earlier today I did horrible.

At least the outcome to this will be entertaining!

As long as you keep yourself in check and don't do anything stupid, I'm positive you'll do fine.

And now my car isn't starting.

also I e-mailed my adviser this morning about this issue. She had not gotten back to me. This is really important so she better be expecting a bombardment of e-mails for the next few days until she overrides the system for me, because I *kind of* need this class to graduate.

Why can't any of my sisters just help me out at least for ten minutes a day? Babysitting is enough of a pain in the ass when said baby won't take a nap and has been an ass all day, but then when I can't even trust my sister to watch her for 20 minutes while I shower is bullshit. I was reasonably relaxed after I got out of the shower, but then I go into my room to get dressed and find the baby scattering my game discs all over the floor. All you had to do is watch what she was doing you asshole.

Friend gave me The Witcher: Enhanced Edition for the PC for FREE. Windows 7 is a piece of shit and won't run. Since I have a 32 bit system I can't do jack shit and I'm extremely pissed off and frustrated due to the fact that I just wasted 2 hours trying to get this fucking bullshit to work and fuckingfuck fuck it doesn't, so god damned mad right now.

so uh i got this replacement housing for my GBA SP. I take it out of the packaging and immediately I know there's something wrong about it: it feels Chinese toy cheap. I decide later "whatever, I'll try putting it on"

2 hours later, i find the fucking shell has imperfections all over, after I've busted the hinge caps on my GBASP (which I can't even get the freaking hingecaps back into the unit) THE NEW FUCKING CAPS BREAK WHEN I PUT THEM ON DUE TO ALL THE IMPERFECTIONS
So I put my GBASP back together in defeat and the poor thing now resembles an attempted murder. No hinges, the hingecap screw is too large and causes the thing to jut out (because I was too pissed off at the time to find the RIGHT screw) and I forgot the pad for the Start and Select buttons. Now I try to put the GBA screen back and the poor thing just flops back like a post-coitus Ron Jeremy

I write angrily to the seller that I was sold a piece of shit. They want pictures for proof

I'm just gonna buy a used GBA today and throw out both the shell and the messed up GBASP. At least this gives me an excuse to buy an AGS101
