By ghost pirate, does non-human spooky being cosider ghost, like skeleton, vampire or demonic beast, or it literally mean spirit type of ghost?

You could do a ghost skeleton pirate, a ghost vampire pirate or a ghost demon pirate.
You have to remember you're drawing the resuscitated spirit of a pirate, that's all. For more information:

Well was planning to do a skeleton pirate like what Pirates of the Carribean have, but don't think it qualified as ghost. The pirate is easy, it just that ghost under the sea is the hard part, can't seem to wrap my head around it. And is a scene, so i can't just focus on the Pirate Ghost....
