home of the buttfish was my magnum opus and i could never hope to top it in my life
but thank you for your kind words

I've started to make mashups.

Yoshitaka Vomits on a Computer, is supposed to be that bad sounding. It has some cool parts to it, but thats by accident.

Route 90s is a legit attempt. It feels very awkward to me, but as a first attempt, I like it.

This has been driving me crazy because I've heard it before but I can not recall what it's from Very Sad

Edit:
And I just remembered as I posted this. I literally have been bothered by this for weeks.
evangelion... right?

tellis pointed out to me that the sounds resource has EVERY VOICE CLIP from sonic 06
i had the natural response to this information and made a song based entirely on silver's numerous "hint" lines
I return to you now, at the turn of the tide...
I'm really taking my gimmick of being a mystical, wise old man to the next level by disappearing without notice and returning when time sees fit.

Oh well, I really came here to show you something I was working on. It's a song I made with FamiTracker, and well, there's another detail...

That aside, I'd like some C&C.

"A Song About Pirates" was supposed to sound a bit like a NES-ified sea shanty. It was originally called "A Song About Rum", and I was gonna write lyrics that would be shown on the screen, but it all felt kinda cheesy and to be honest, I'm not the best at writing lyrics. (Not implying that I'm good at anything else when it comes to music, calling me a newbie would be an understatement)

It's fairly basic but honestly, I like it! It definitely seems like it'd fit in some NES game. I'm not musically inclined though so I probably can't really offer proper crit without glaring flaws in the composition. At the very least, I didn't notice any, so I guess that's good!

If you're going to have a magnum opus, it might as well be titled "Home of the Buttfish"

Nice.

A thing I made/covered for Wildstar Indie. Actually last year sometime. Like, before I even released the game ('s alpha lol). (It's actually in the game now).
Oh hey I'm getting into that musicking thing too now

so the la-mulana 2 kickstarter ended a bit ago! i decided i'd do a cover in tribute to the original game because goddamn i love me some la-mulana.

There are certain parts that are really bad ><
(but I didn't find them until after I'd uploaded)
You should learn famitracking instead, it's less limiting and mouse-button raping, it's a win-win situation

some parts do sound weird with the chords, especially the end
