The use of the spraycan from mspaint will usually make your sprite look bad.
You should consider posting it in the other forum, so people with a better eye than me can help you with it.

(Also, it looks like tingle in a space suit.)

yeah spray paint does it bad but i cant make the attacks any better and it is my first time,

So I am guessing it dousnt make Spriters Resource
He does look like tingle in a way

It also lacks the number one thing in sprites: shade(ing)
I think you used the MS Paint default colors too.

This could use a lot of improvement. I'd recommend reposting this in Sprite Discussion, where you can get some crits on it to help.
