Because they're all technically different games and it would get too crowded if we jammed it all together. We did the same thing with Mario All-Stars.

You are missing 1 thing, the Mystery Item tanks in Mega Man 3 (Pinkish-reddish object that looks like an E Tank) You can find 2 somewhat early in Snake Man's stage
