I would put animations of one direction always in the same row. I'm also sure that you miss one sprite from the side, because one frame is a duplicate.

This is the correct order for his movement. I've also fixed some cut off pixels and erased a white leftover from his front pose.

How'd you get that font?

I believe he just used Arial (it takes up less room too). I'm pretty sure you can change the font style in MS Paint.
I used Verdana 7, it's the same font you use for the icons.

There's lots of animated bits, and also sprites on top... It's not really the kind of rip we take.
If you're talking about the map, that extra bit on the right, there's nothing else beyond that. Also the soft blocks are randomly generated.
