Yeah, that's the one.
Sorry to ask, how will I know if it fits the limitations?
Well what part are you confused about?
Just if its pixel art, how will I know if it fits the 8"x10" I feel like I should know, but I can't get it through my thick head at the moment.
Well it's a case of like, you can make some pixelart and I'll resize it to fit as largely as it can on the shirt... But yeah, you can open up the image in photoshop or something and put the dimentions in there.
ok, thank you, I think I'll start on this tomorrow then.
8x10" is aprox 569x711px

also, you might want to clear about that dpi the images should have, if they do need to be in 300dpi to be printed properly or not.
2400 x 3000 px

so yeah, 300dpi
thats what i though, otherwise the printing would be really bad.
Before I start working on anything, I have a question

For anyone that works with vectors in here, how do you quickly convert pixel-art into vectors? I only know how to make an image be vectorized automatically in two colors - black and white.
I definitely want to resubmit this.

The shirt is supposed to be black, but I didn't want the outline to blend in.

...ignore the logo on the back.

edit- I'd like to resubmit this as well

After removing the black outlines, that comes to exactly 5 colors plus transparency.
Of course, this will only work on a black shirt.
Ignore the logo, I forgot to erase it.

If your design is mostly just pixelart, you can submit it as just the pixelart, and I can resize it before printing.

Because I have no idea - I just submit the designs into our printing company.

This reminds me of a t-shirt that i once saw that had the exact same writing but had an 8-bit cat on it

I know Adobe Illustrator can do it easily, but idk of any others
Flash can do this.
Modify>Bitmap>Trace Bitmap

Make sure to put it to minimum 1 pixel, many corners, 0 threshold
