The VG Resource

Hey, long time no speak! As a person who also extracts sounds from certain games, I may as well upload a few to The Sounds Resource, starting with:

XG2: Extreme-G 2 (PC)
This collection actually came from the rare PC version of XG2, which also contains Extreme-G and other unused sounds.

Impact Racing (PSX)
While this came from the PlayStation version, I didn't include the instrument samples (for LOADLOOP.SEQ) because music isn't really allowed here.

I had a rather tough time converting these sounds, because Psound kept silencing sounds for some odd reason. T_T

Yep, and I'm glad I did! XD I also have the Bomberman World SFX from the Bomberman Collection for PC, but I'm going to take a break for now.

Look at what I did!

Top Gear 3000 (SNES)
One of my favorite racing games in the past.

While the engine sounds are extracted through SNESSOR95, the rest were recorded through ZSNES.

Before you ask me how I did it in ZSNES, I disabled some of the SNES sound channels. Also, let me know if I missed any sound effects.

I think it's about time to post another sound submission.

Hot Wheels: World Race (PC)

By the way, the game's poor installation does not recognize my processor, so I had to use PC Mover to get World Race on this computer.

I think it's about time for some new sound submissions!
