Your point? It would be better playing it on a PC anyways.
not an atari game then? just something that looks like one.
Yes,I guess you can put it that way.
tbh if you're not gonna follow restrictions there's no point in naming it "Atari"

that's like putting grey outline aa on a sprite and calling it "M&L" regardless of palette or other stylistic features
What restrictions?I can name it Atari if I want to.
And I changed the pallete with that Wiki Link someone posted.
have you... ever looked at the TIA?
now that sounds like a challenge.
I'm not trying any thing like that.Like I said I repalleted everything with the Atari Pallete Sheet.

if you used "atari" as an excuse for subpar graphics

then you say you're not going for atari

these are just subpar graphics?
this is pretty dope

it'd be great for some unknown gamemaker indie fangame

oh my god that walk cycle is beautiful
I didn't use Atari as an excuse for anything now shut up and let me do my game.
this should be in game dev anyway. there is nothing about this game's graphics that could be critiziced that goes beyond "they are labaled as atari to justify their bad quality"
....I didn't use Atari just to make an Excuse,I used Atari cuz I thought making a Sonic Style Atari Game would be cool.Just like I'm making another Game called Smash Brothers Atari.
Atari sprites really aren't worth posting here at all.
Why not go to the game development section instead?
Good idea.Hey Fuchikoma, can you plz lock this?
