I made him using bleach, naruto, dragonball-z, and street fighter 4 polygons

The programs i use where 3ds max and Misfit Model 3D reshaping, deleting, and adding Meshes

Hair is about 50% anbu kakashi from Naruto shippuden Clash of the ninja 3
45% Ichigo from Bleach Versus Crusade
4% vegeta from Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3

His face is 100% Hitsugaya from Bleach Versus Crusade

His head band is 100% ryu from street fighter 4 pc

His third eye is 100% ryu from street fighter 4 pc

His body and neck is 100% Ikkaku from Bleach Versus Crusade

His tank top shirt 100% Ikkaku from Bleach Versus Crusade

His scarf is 100% Byakuya from Bleach Versus Crusade

His cloak-like jacket is 50% Ikkaku from Bleach Versus Crusade
50% deidara from Naruto shippuden Clash of the ninja 3

His pants and shoes are 100% fei long from street fighter 4 pc

oh sweet you made this model out of models from other games? it looks like one from a yuyu hakushow fighting game!
keep up the good work. the only thing I saw missing was the black dragon tattoo but I could be wrong, I think that it rocks!

I wasn't finish with the models textures when its done he will have the black dragon tattoo and badges . I'll be done with them next week, can I upload my models and textures here, I making them a public release.
