Personaly, I like the old pallete better.
Orange pallet works better.
I think you need to put more little squares so it looks more sparky.
I'm not sure about that. Because if I did that, it may look too overdone. also, I'm going for a SSBB kind of look, So I don't want to give it too many sparks
