ITT: Wario Ware: DIY in general. You can make "those" games, bypass the terms of service, and download a minigame in which you gotta peek up a woman's skirt afterwards.

Nintendo had absolutely nothing to do with that. They didn't include the content themselves.

Of course, as with any user-created-content service, rule breaking can and will happen. That's basically a given.

I dunno, unless it's SUPPOSED to be bad.....

A game like those should be rated E 10+ for Crude Humor.....

I didn't know little kids knew what innuendo was.

Because they don't, so it's not a big deal unless you make it one.
complaining that E games are inappropriate is honestly worse (and infinitely more annoying) than people complaining about violence or sex in an M rated game
