before I start on the details, any problems so far?
I'm having trouble identifying what it is exactly. Also the use of selout on that background makes the sprites look rather atrocious, and a solid outline or some more 'features' may make it easier to identify what it is exactly.

Hands are difficult, you ought to study up on them to get the shape right 'cause right now it's not really
I think the title may be a reference to something rather than actual hands

Because the first one thing looks kinda like it has a chicken on top of it

Edit: hahaha, I never saw a chicken in that. I'll fix up the hand a bit

his body seems to be shaped differently in the video. like he has a torso/rib cage or whatever shape and then his lower body

so basically you need a different indentation
I think the main issue might be your lack of definition, but that could be because of the size. You should work on something larger, and focus on getting the dirty colors you see in the video - because he clearly isn't as white as your sprites

I'll be frank with you, sprite something different.

It's cool that you want to sprite a seemingly fairly unpopular/obscure zelda boss, but looking at his video I couldn't imagine guys twice as good as you doing it justice.

It's probably easier for both you and people trying to help you to sprite something with much much more definition, as this guy's just so odd and surreal that it's just not easy to work with due to that alone.


Either way, as for some actual crits:

This guy's organic, man, organic,; Your sprite is extremely bland and seen entirely from the side, his colours are pure white and in no way "gross" at all, He looks more like some piece of modern art my mother would buy for decoration than some sort of creepy (pseudo)-faceless mass of death.

Some noticeable stuff is the fact that the seperate arm is waay too straight and the hand waay too huge compared to the actual guy, and on the guy himself the arms are pointing foreward and surprisingly similar to the pose of an actual arm; In the game they're flopping around sideways like the guy's a headless chicken, he looks like he's got little to no bodily control and that all his limbs are just twitched back in an unconfortable position, that's the stuff that makes him creepy.

I see none of this creepy stuff in your sprite, and honestly think that a few small fixes won't do much to change that.

Better, but it still lacks definition. Right now it looks like a jello blob instead of a solid object. You need distinction between the white and grey. It all blurs together right now.
I think the other fingers should be more visible. Its a hand, your supposed to see the other fingers to recognize what it is. I'm not saying to make it 3/4, but atleast make the other fingers bend a to where we can see them, so it's easy to recognize that the sprite is a hand.
