Ah, I've heard of this game. It's trash. At a guess, are the 4 sound files the 4 different engine noises?

Will upload this when I get back to my regular comp.

Wait, not upload yet, I found a way to really dump the .exe. After a while I'll upload the complete sound board.

This game was seriously kick ass. You can reverse at the speed of sound.

You can pass through buildings like you're fuckin' Shadowcat from X-Men Evolution.

How is that not awesome?
