okay im done working on this for tonight i've done literally nothing all day

idk, that hair looks like a lot of blue ice cream instead of hair

tone down the smoothness a lil'.

there's something that really annoys me: you're putting a lot of shades in the hair, and the shades alternate between saturated and desaturated...
it doesn't look good. what i suggest is you get very saturated colours for highlights, and desaturate progressively to the darkest shade:

injected a bit of purple to make it more interesting, the result is similar, i know.

redoing the face completely
i'll probably redo the eyes too but idk yet, they might just need to be moved a bit

headband sucks

The texture for the headband feels a bit off. Is it meant to be camo print?

change that nose please, it looks like he had some cheap plastic surgery... it's flat and straight (( i know nobody with a nose like that, mj is my nearest guess)) so i'd suggest you look for some refs (not necessarily somebody with a big honker, natch)
and i'd up the lightness on the headband too
the ear's looking good, keep following helm's advice
