basically he advertises stuff like concerts and shows
but the way he worded it
it's just weird
"I'm a hype man. I don't care how many people you're performing for, but I'm gonna make them all excited to go anyway."
edit- either that, or he's the person that pumps up the crowd during shows, also called a front man
