Bumping this as a reminder to Mr. C. Tongue
Still, I thought I was being careful when I was replacing that icon... I guess not. He wouldn't have to do this if it weren't for me.
Oh bah. No biggie.
Don't worry. I'll have a new sheet for Jim's Suit soon... Like, "next time I'm here" soon.
Here's the new Jim's Suit sheet! No hard feelings, MJ. Smile

Here it is!

It kinda looks... better than the old one. All of the same sprites are there, but this one looks... better organized.
Fixed! Big Grin
SNES sheet ahoy! Just one, but whatever...

Nothing makes me happier than the words "Mr. C" and "SNES" in the same sentence.

Also, the animations in this are way better than they have any right to be.
Mr. C., you can grab the portrait from my sheet if you want to include it. vSNES was able to give me the outlines without the interfering black.

Also, nice one, this game isn't as bad as other people might think. Pit Fighter and Rise of the Robots are still the worst fighting games for SNES.

Edit:
I guess you can also separate the rest of the SFX from her main sprite with vSNES. Import a zsnes quicksave and go to scene viewer (mowgli symbol), then to sprites. You can save the pictures with the discette symbol.

I love that no matter what, I always search for tools on the Internet and I always wind up getting the best stuff from here in off-handed mentions. The Rice Video thing and now this vSNES thing? I've been doing this stuff for 5 years and I still have so much to learn...

Anyway, I'm going to use this tool for when I rip more Shaq Fu characters (can't say that would be soon, but someday), but since there's already a portraits sheet up there...

Finally, using that tool Davy Jones mentioned, which I had not heard about until he mentioned it, I have finally ripped Queen Slug-for-a-Butt from the first EWJ game! I've been dying to do it, but I had trouble with the black background, but now that's not a problem anymore! Here you go!

Awesome =D

Btw, vsnes can also disable Mode 7, resizing, screentone, flashing and shows you hidden areas on backgrounds if there are some (plus it avoids the emulator's habit to cut off one pixel when you rip bgs). For example, you can't get a 320x240 map, instead you rip a 320x239 map because snes9x and zsnes cut it off.
Unfortunately there is no way to save more than one frame per save state AFAIK but it definitely works for those certain problem frames.
I assume her slug-butt is a background? Tongue
Awesome rip!
Also, it's up.

There is always the vSNES MemViewer and PalViewer. It works pretty well for some games like Go Go Ackman, but unfortunately not for the more complex games.
Hey, all! This time, I got stuff from Beauty and the Beast for the SNES! ...Not much more to say beyond that, actually... Enjoy!
