Gary Oak's voice from Pokemon Puzzle League. Ripped with a virtual audio cable from the game's soundtest; this is the in game quality folks. Normalized for better hearing. .WAV format.
Note: The files are named after the soundtest numbers in game, so you might have to dig around to find the clip you're looking for, but to me, it just looks more polished that way.
Gary probably has the largest voice pool in the game. The ironic thing is that he also probably holds the record for most reused voice clips ever.
