Personally, I think all of them look reasonable. Cirno's lines are a little weird though, her hair looks a bit sharp and angular, and her crystals probably need redoing.

cheers

They're WIPs, the lines haven't been smoothened out yet. I'll redo the crystals, though. I'm not very satisfied with them, either.
Fixed the hair and the jaggy lines on Cirno. Temporarily took out the crystals to re-work on them.

Would it make any sense if I said it was his catchphrase?

it's gonna get annoying eventually though just want to point that out.

might want to lower on that habit.
It's not like it's going to kill you, though. But whatever.

Update. Trying to figure out a better way to anti-alias this thing.
yes, it doesn't kill you, dude.

but dude, it's kinda annoying to see the same word again and again, dude.

yeah dude

that firefly looks really good. Still, his wings/horns/claws are kinda angular. You're using too many regular lines (lines formed with small lines with equal number of pixels each). Try breaking that, smoothen it with antialias/a little bit of selout.

dude.

you might like to study this and get some ideas on antialiasing.
that's beautiful Metaru, where's it from?

Syosa

back on topic
quite frankly, those look really good for a first
too good
:/

Added more anti-alias, and softened the "pointy areas" that I saw. I'll do the same with Cirno once I'm done with my newest sprite (sonic).

lionel richie: I know how to draw and color, so I have a bigger head-start than spriters who don't.

Added some AA for you on places that needed it, and fixed up somethings.
Dunno about the crystals on her back though.
do you know

this is the thing that bugs me the most

your outline is made up of regular lines, and places that are meant to be smooth... well, aren't.

here's a visual aid to help you out

I copied the outlines from two places that stands out the most: Cirno's head and her bow (1). Notice that the curve (2a) isn't smooth enough: it's easy to know where it bends (2b). This gives the sprite a rather blocky feeling (3). To counter-attack this problem, you'll need to use antialiasing in the broken spots (4).
everything except the head is terrible.
