Fireworks works too. Photoshop and Fireworks are probably the two best video-only animation programs there are. Only Macromedia Flash is better, because it also adds sound.

Actually, yeah, all three are good programs are good. Photoshop, Fireworks, or Flash. All three require you to buy them in the large package with the other programs they come with, but they ARE good programs to use.
