I reccomend using M&L sprites instead you can get a lot more sprites for them and I'd say they are more popular , Also I would help you but im not good at spriting

Very rarely. They are over edited.

The majority aren't that good actually, it's customs that look good.

Notice that neither of us said all of them were bad. Just like 99%.

So? Occasionally they look okey, and most of that time just because they're edits, they used real sprites to begin with.

Editing sprites is pretty lazy, customs in my opinion are better no matter what as they take effort and imagination.

50% of Mario edits are idiots putting them into someone elses clothes. (sonic)
