How long have you been sitting there? 10 minutes? You can stay? 2+ hours? Go get some water and come back soon! Look outside for a while, rest your eyes!
Imagine if we could do what we wanted all the time and never needed to work or rest? Wow, wouldn't that be bizarre! Hmm... Maybe...
Just ignore all those shadows on that wall far away - they'll wander off on their own soon enough... Or will they? Maybe they'll come close and hold you - like a hug, not menacing at all...
