Schthacks server is still up for PSO and PSOBB, we could also try soldat or some multiplayer ground control.
Smash Bros and shoddy is all i could think of
Xbox 360:
Halo 3
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1 and 2
Street Fighter IV
Left 4 Dead 1 and 2
Lost Planet
Guilty Gear 2 (lol)
Prey (LOL)
Call of Juarez (LOOOL)
Marvel vs Capcom 2
King of Fighters '98

PS3:
Uncharted 2
Little Big Planet
BlazBlue
Killzone 2

DS:
Pokemon Platinum

Wii:
Tatsunoko vs Capcom
Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Mario Kart Wii

That's all of the stuff I have that's just off the top of my head. Not necessarily good at or like all of them though.

Fuck yeah. Although it's a Co-op game, having tSR regularly play would be great. Having everyone start using MAME for some fighting game shenanigans would be great too.

personally (and this might be because i'm a huge boner) i wouldn't mind being a part of a group race through a level or something

i mean like grabbing three friends and speedrunning a level and posting a video with a time for another four people to beat.
you could always do NES/SNES/Genesis challenges, sort of like that
on the Sydlexia forums we do one, we pick a game and a guideline
(IE beat a level in under a time)
and everybody who joins the challenge records a video, everybody who passes the benchmark gets to go on to the next game and so on

what like Blue Burst or something else?
I'd love to play PSO Blue Burst with you guys if someone could teach me how to play and get around the game.
Yeah, Blue Burst. Of course, Phantasy Star Zero is a possibility; but there's no time trial or Vs. element to it; and I can't use DS WiFi at uni.

But having regular players for PSOBB would be incredibly sweet. I'll set up a thread with instructions at some point.
Bryan still needs opinions, everyone, so this is getting a sticky 'till further notice. Wink
There's a pretty old game (released in 2003) called Savage which has got a client for every platform (Linux, Mac and Windows) and that we could quite easily host on the tSR server. It's like a mix between RTS and FPS. It's kinda fun and would be something we could get a lot of people in on... http://www.s2games.com/savage/

Edit: Oh yeah, it's free to download the client. Forgot to mention that so you don't need to spend any money to play.
has anyone said starcraft yet?

because let's play it
i don't have anything against starcraft but

red alert 2 is way more fun

edit: these ideas are pretty good guys, keep them coming (or maybe i'll actually try to organize something in the next few days)

host it, and people will eventually join
I dunno if anyone would be interested, but we could also start a team on the numerous korean first person shooters, or Battlefield Heroes
