No colour yet, Ill do that later today. Im thinking of shortening the amrs, or either lengthening the legs.

Its purposely stiff, since he's supposed to be frozen/just was assembled.

You really need to stop shading from a horizontal lightsource. It can look odd on some surfaces and in general looks pretty bad. Try a lightsource from the top right, or right above them. Those are my favorite
