<_< It's my first try at spriting so yea, it looks kinda bad IMO. I heard that it looked "blocky looking", so if anyone could give C+C, tell me how to make it look better, ect, that would be good.

Straighten out the line art, because it's not smooth at all, that's where the blocky looking comes from.
Also, the shading needs some work. I couldn't tell if there was any at first.
Add a little contrast to the work (Where has wavey gone? D=)

Agree, the shading is off a bit. Fix it.

I added SOME stuff in..(You prolly can't even figure out what I changed..).but I don't really know how/what to fix after this.

Well, contrast is when the shades of colors are easier to tell apart. Like, make the lighter red on the sleeves a bit lighter then it is, for example. As for wavy, I guess like folds in the coat, but I'm not sure myself...
