Did you use the female face? She looks manly. And the torso seems undefined.
Good job i like maybe you should do the rest of the kanto gym leaders......maybe even paul from the anime
My only gripe is that it's REALLY disorganized and there's a lot of empty space.
Crop it and place the sprites in an orderly fashion and go on from there.
You can't really call it a custom because the body is basically taken from real sprites.
