like i've said football is fine. not my favorite, but it's more fun to play than watch, i'd say.

let me rephrase what I said before

football is actually pretty fun if you're actually playing it
and if I'm watching it while actually at the game (as in, in the stadium while the game is going on) then I can watch it
but I honestly cannot understand how people can watch football on tv
it's the most boring thing ever

because not everybody can afford to fly to a different state to watch their teams play, and TV is a less expensive alternative

plus, when something really conflicting happens, it's a shitload of fun to watch the replays and argue with your friends/family over what's actually happening

Try watching a University of Tennessee football game while in the actual stadium. I don't even like football (not a big sports fan) but I must admit that I actually had a lot of fun.

watching games while you're actually there is fun because of the crowd

there is no crowd while watching on tv
therefore,

you have every right to hate football if you have a shitty home team
