This is bad. Really bad. The lineart is messy and has absolutely zero shading. I can't make out any of the details.

paint has absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of a sprite, what matters is how the spriter executes creation of said sprite

Ok, I guess I can see what the hack your trying to do.
But, it's pertty bad.
You need to fix every thing.
Fixs the lines, and the colouring.
Because I really don't know what the hack i'm looking at.
I'm guessing its a girl with a hummer?
And what is that blue thingy in the running sprites?
Like why would you glow when your running, or when your saving?

anyway this is horribad. try making the outline clear and consistent before you do anything else.
