Dangit. I was thinking that for a Spirit track level, the main theme would be best, and then I find this:

I'm thinking a remix/an arrangement medley of some of Bowser's themes from the Mario Party series would make for a good Luigi's Mansion track.

Maybe not his theme from Mario Party 1. That was pretty goofy.
