Nice! They all looks really good, except, I just want to point out, Mighty's "spikes" or "hair", whatever is at the back of his head, well the lines going inward kind of look a little...wierd. I'm not sure how to fix it though, maybe try to make the colour of them even more similar to the actually colour. Just it looks a bit odd.

-Knuckles' gloves are really odd, and puny. they're even smaller than everone else's gloves, when they're supposed to be bigger. Wasn't that Knuckles' highlight, after all? (Where the name came from, even?)

-Silver's hair is blocky. you might want to fix that.

-Shadow's face looks too much like Sonic.

I've fixed Knuckles's knuckles =p Good point about him x)

I'll try and fix Silver tomorrow.

As for shadow, I like his face. He's supposed to look like sonic, afterall, right? =p

Speaking about looking like Sonic. Added Scourge the Hedgehog.
Also fixed Mighty's shell.

Silver needs fixing in the sides and the front. The back is fine, I suppose.

Well, Shadow's eyes look too wide or something on the front poses. The side poses look okay, actually.

And, what is up with Mighty's body and bottom of the shell? o.O

Also, Everyone's outlines are blue...fix that please?

That would be all for now... Maybe Tails soon? (Though, seeing as how you're doing characters similar to Sonic, you're probably going to do something silly like Ashura or Manic, or some other cartoon/comic character like...Rob, or whatever the name of the archer guy was.)

Slightly improved Silver's hair in front and side view, to look less cubic and fixed Shadow's eyes in front view.

About Mighty, I can show you what's up with his shell:



We must have in mind there aren't really much official sprites of mighty, and absolutely no official art of him in an "advance" style. So i decided to give him my touch, to bring him into the same era as the others.

About the blue outlines, I thought they were fine so they wouldn't need to be changed, but I might try and recolor them...

EDIT: Recolored Knuckles's outline. Not much difference there...

That sounds like a challenge, to me

Tails' eyes are too small. Try making his ears bigger too.

Ok, I'm not stopped. But I'm gonna need a GIANT ammount of feedback and ideas about this one. So tell me, how are Tails walking sprites coming along?

I personally don't like how his tail looks, mainly because I can't seem to find a way to show both of his tails...
Ideas about the whole sprite are more than welcome:



PS: His mouth is in the wrong side in the right sprite, but I got that covered already. Main priority is his tail.

Well, as Solink's fix was okay, I went ahead and tried to fix Silver a bit.

I might have screwed up his face, but I'd like to think the quills look better now...At least I got rid of all that pillow-shading you had going on.

As for Tails, I can tell you right off the bat it isn't going to animate well. I'm mainly referring to the tails.

I honestly prefer mine a lot. But later tonight I might be going through it again using your spikes as reference. Thanks

Eh some look really rough, I usually frown upon edits, but we all start somewhere don't we?

Tip: Start using R: 32, G: 32, B: 32, for not Sonic because that blue outline looks really unfitting on Knuckles especially.

Make a darker black for Shadow's pallete instead of using the dark blue that's from Sonic.
