I haven't started the hair yet because I am stumped with the shading on the crown (I fail at shading gold), but I'm pretty sure the head looks okay.

Shadow Queen is WAAAAAAAY too big. And her form should be more feminine.
Also, you need to change the way she is looking, she's not in overworld form. It looks like she is looking at the screen. Crown needs to be touched up alot too.
