Obviously a recolor, Luigi is completely different from Mario. IF the mario base is 100% custom (not reshaded) than that's good, but Luigi has a different stache, face, height, width, and head shape.

compare them side to side, they are different, mustaches, and the shape of there heads, they aren't just a re-colour\color.

Nevermind, they are a bit different, the tag confused me. But luigi still looks too much like mario, need to be taller, thinner, and a more luigi like head.
