Is the nose shadded correctly?
It looks a bit weird, but maybe it's just me.

Anyway this sprite is sexy. I seriously want to see some animations. Glad you're getting payed for this.

I have a question though if you don't mind asking: Where can I get job offers for spriting?

Just make the outline a bit less rushed (in some areas) and it'll look even better.
