Ocarina of Time (n64) Face Textures?

Question 
After months of google research hitting several dead ends, I'm caving and asking here. Does anybody know how to rip animated textures from the Original Ocarina of time (or Majora's Mask, for that matter)? I mean things like blinking textures, open mouth textures, etc. The closest I ever came to it was by following this guide: https://www.vg-resource.com/thread-22722.html

However, while the model rips more or less correctly, the animated textures are not ripped in any form or fashion. Has anyone ripped these textures, or does anyone know how? Could anyone at least point me in the right direction on who to ask about this? I'm rather certain someone has done it before, but a lot of the tools for OoT are either outdated or lost to the internet.

You could try running the game in a emulator with gfx plug in that dose texture dumping. This may not be ideal but could be an option.
