Need help to rip Kill La Kill IF ressources

Hello,
I'll go straight to the point, I would need to extract content from Kill La Kill IF, mostly 3D models and animations
All of these are in .pac format but I can't seem to be able to extract those files, is there any solution ? I tried a lot of softwares and each of them didn't work
This is the PC version if you ask

well, thank you but I can"t seem to be able to use it since the it's not extracting .pac files
Edit: Nevermind I'm just an idiot lol I first didn't thought I would need Noesis
2nd Edit: still having the .pac file problem
3rd edit: I got everything to work the problem is the textures that aren't showing up
