On the legs/neck?

That's where it looks skinny to me.

Draw a character, throw design out.

Seems to be my thought process right now.

Random room. No tilesets were used, as the whole area is a single object. This was to make the overall room feel less mechanical, and that it's easier (well to me) to make.

Any opinions?

Edited it up. Actual thing itself, rather than game screenshot.

-Lowered desk, drawer, and table. Looked too high. Due to this, shadows were added under the table.

-Really sloppily drawn lamp was redrawn up from scratch, looked terrible.

-Depth was added to the window outside, looked more like a painting last time.

-Very picky, but the cord to the outlet now has harder corners, rather than smooth.

Is the area around the lamp supposed to be lit up? I'm not quite sure what is going on with that circle behind the lamp, it kind of blends in with the background.

Koala is right. But the thing is, I don't think you actually need to have the lamp light up the wall like that, because it appears to be daytime outside and the whole room is already lit up.

You should also give the lampshade the same prospective as everything else, since it appears that it's at a flat, 2D angle.

I was thinking the shadow of the TV and desk was removing light. Don't ask why. But lack of sleep does that to you.

As for the lamp. I kept it semi-flat to match the table, but it looks awkward as a result. Stuff being flat was mostly to reduce space so it isn't as crowded.

Logo for the game I'm currently working on. Older, placeholder versions where hand-drawn, this one is a sprite. Took about 3 hours.

Probably the most complex sprite I've drawn.

You thought this thread was dead? Well, here's a "Stressed chicken"

Some characters, the artwork here is a bit stiff.

I feel like I am improving by quite a large margin, though. Especially when you compare what I did when I started this thread.

Random character I made. Sorta been getting better at making animations, so that's good.

16x16 Tileset I've been working on, wondering if there would be any way to improve on it.

Sorry for the messy organization!

The perspective of the TV bugs me, especially when compared to the shelf above and the surface it is sitting on.
