Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2/Rogue Squadron Voice Clips and Sound Effects
#1
I was able to rip the sound effects and voice clips from Jedi Knight - Dark Forces 2 for PC/Computer, and the sound effects from the N64 version of Rogue Squadron. However, I hit a small snag.

Someone else submitted sound effects for Dark Forces 2, but those were actually sounds from the first Dark Forces. Almost none of them appear in DF2 and they're all low quality.
I uploaded sounds for Rogue Squadron using the Submit button, but it seems that no one has reviewed it in the past nine days. I didn't even know a submissions area in the forum existed.

I have a gut feeling that this is going to become one of those forgotten threads.

Has the entire site gone dormant or something?

There is nothing wrong with the site. You see, there is a new system of submitting sprites that users can do directly. Just go onto the Sounds Resource main page, hit Submit, and you'll be able to handle the rest yourself.

I know it sounds confusing, but just give it a try. Besides, this is what submitting sprites has come to now and this part of the forum hardly has any purpose anymore besides providing feedback for submissions.

it's ok to suck, sucking is not bad, just try and aim to always do your best!

I've tried submitting my sounds through the Submit button on the Sound Resource's main page.

It's been over two months since my submission, and almost nobody has paid it any mind. I know it probably sounds like I'm complaining, but I am a bit disheartened.

I've been experiencing the same issue. Weeks ago, I submitted a few sounds from Bayonetta, but they're still in the pending stage. I wonder what's going on.
