Is it so hard to take a look around a message board and see how it is structured before posting a thread in the wrong section? There's a models section... so yopu shouldn't have posted your question in the Sprite Ripping Projects section (I moved the thread)
Sorry if I sound harsh, but these things happen over and over but they shouldn't be happening at all since it's just people being lazy.

Concerning your question, no, it's not possible (at least not yet and it will probably still be a few years). The WiiU system and their encryption methods haven't been figured out so it's impossible to get the files (and then you'd still have to find out how to open them, which is another huge lot of work).

Last thing, please read our forum rules and note that requesting (for example, asking for rips) is a violation of them unless you meet certain requirements (as stated in the rules thread).
