I'm not a judge for customs. But... consider Pac-Man is already an old school character.... wouldn't you need to do like Magnavox style to really go older school (Atari had an "official" style of Pac-Man, so you'd probably need to see if other systems at the time had the Pac or go even older)?

Its... nice. But to be honest, I think you should have ran this by the "Sprite Discussion". And it looks like you used the default circle tool...
Some old GIFs I made that I used as avatars on forums (mostly wouldn't have been possible without Spriters Resource and affiliates).

Looks like you just used the circle tool and then added dots and bits to it.

bet that huge ass credit tag with a luigi recolor took more efort than the whole thing all together. because someone is clearly going to steal/use this for anything.

I actually think that the pacman in the font he used is a better sprite than that.
