I need help making sprites out of some customs I created. Any ideas?

don't rely on polygon tools

just hand-pixel them with the paintbrush tool

scrap them. work on a single sprite per time and try to have a clear idea of what you're trying to draw.

do not use a gigantic canvas for your work. Crop some of your filesize, it's always good.
