OK, So I'm trying to animate sprites on gifninja.com but I dont like GIFs, I want a PNG so can anyone suggest something? (A site, not a program... my computer's stuffed, no more programs.)

you sir are way off topic.. he asked how he could animate something without it being .gif, which is impossible. also, you can sprite in any format you want -- it's just that png is the best as far as keeping quality.
