Maybe his clown car could part of his intro. Not for his final smash. I don't think that would work well.

His side B should be him pulling out his paintbrush and either jab you, or swing it like kirby's hammer. Could also be a side A

I think that jr's side a attacks involve the paintbrush and his special attacks are things from other games.

Up b: koopa clown car, also allows you to spit fire, but only lasts for a limited time.
B: sonic roar from strikers charged, damages opponents and makes the small
Side b:shell spin, no need to elaborate
Down b: ground pound/ jr. Bomb ( if people don't want to change the name from like yoshi bomb to ground pound in this game)
FS: either his ship from SMG shows up, and he can fire bullet bills from cannons and other crap, or maybe a use with is paintbrush...like him painting up the stage and it has side effects (like electrocuted, burned, poisoned, or just making it hard to run)

For some reason I thought of a down b, to where he jumps up, spins several times to the left direction, or right, and then ground pounds.

B = broken. It should just be one shot, decent damage, good knockback with a hitbox that covers himself with decent range. Maybe it could be move like Wario's down B. Try and use it in succession, and all you'll get is a nothing.

Side B, I feel it should be the paintbrush somehow. But shell spin feels appropriate.

Down B could be changed to not feel like we're grasping for straws and using Bowser. Maybe... he could paint the ground, making it slippery and dealing slow damage to however stands on it, excluding himself?

Up B can also be changed. To what? I have no clue. Shouldn't be clown car though.

Strive for victory. Vanquish defeat. And always pack the extra 1up.

Maybe his Up B can be where he takes out his paint brush and paints a ramp or something. Just imagine Kirby Canvas Curse.

I think the Jr Clown Car should spin up doing damage.

B Side should still be Shell Toss from the DS game.

We can't reuse Bowser Bomb its to predictable for Junior to have Bowser's moves.

Agreeing with koopaul.

What about him turning into shadow mario for his fs, and he runs around and deals damage, kind of like wario man.

I don't think Shadow Mario should be involved in the moveset AT ALL. It'd be pretty cool if the Koopalings were involved in the FS somehow
