I didn't see any front view 'no-nos'.

Their hair shouldn't be that messy...And you should also, re-do the shading since their has are upside down.

No more partner poses.
Partner tag-team abilities are needed.
Like Tails/Cream carrying Sonic, or Knuckles using Sonic as a volley-ball for heavy hits.

And I made a No-no animation of my own a few posts earlier.
And there are three No-no animations so far on the sheet in Gestures.

Doing this for Deebs.

Also updated Knuckles, Amy, and Dr. Eggman's sheets.

RE: Sonic the Hedgehog (SEGA)
Well if you're the guy that's running the show, I might as well give you the same stuff I gave to Deebs a few months back. She said she was going to add this all into the next sheet update...

Made a new spring animation. Sorry everyone, I don't like the Sonic CD-styled spring animation. Tongue

Sonic with the Sonic 3 palette. For this, I used real Genesis/Mega Drive colors. (There is a thread on Sonic Retro about interpreting palette values, in case you want to know the gritty details.) Yes, that shade of green is part of Sonic's palette; that's the green used for Super Sonic's eyes. So in theory, you could add back the green eyes, buuut I don't think anyone really wants to edit every single pose of Sonic just for that...

RE: Sonic the Hedgehog (SEGA)
Not bad.
Though the spring jump look kinda weird with the idle arms used in it.
And it might just be me, but the legs seems too straight down.

I'll see if I can patch it up. =P

The green eye palette isn't really necessary,
but I'll consider adding the S3&K palette in both Sonic and Tails' sheets since In-Game they share the same palette.

Thank you for your contributions, Techo.

Minor update.

Tried to make the speed run from Sonic '06

Different frame count at the bottom for animation/speed tests.

It's looking great. I've decided to update the first post for Deebs.

RE: Sonic the Hedgehog (SEGA)
Forgive the double posting, but over at Sonic Retro, we're hacking that Sonic game for the Leapster, and have already managed to extract art from the game... sadly it comes out with very strange alpha settings that make it look grainy/watermarked.

Using GIMP, I manually fixed up the one animation that is the most significant:

Maybe someone else could modify it into something more compatible with this sheet? It might just be a matter of editing the spines and shoes, then changing the palette.

Sonic sheet found here.
Note that it's in the middle of being updated from V1 to V2. If you'd like to help, help by making some updates to some of the older crap that's on there still Smile

Thanks! Sheet is momentarily down but should be back up soon. Updating the sheet from V1 to V2 is continuing.
