Hand looks a tad funny, but I love it.

You should add Luigi's Thunderhand to Mario attack.

I think the hands need to be about a pixel thicker.

Sorry for bumping but I tweaked Ninspriterx's Lucas a little bit.

Tweaked the left foot.
Thickened hands.
Changed color of third shade on hair.
Changed the shading on the shirt.
Added somewhat of a nose.
Shortened the leg of the pants.

It's not much of an edit but I still hope it helps! Shy

Lovely! Lucas isn't a high priority character, so I'd advise against working on him, but I like the change you made to his pants. Only thing I'd do would be to lower his nose a couple pixels. As you have it now, it's in the middle of his eyes instead of below them. Compare that with the official Smash Bros model:
