Also in Smash Bros. he's not really throwing the fireball as much as he's shooting it from his palm. Take a close look at Guy's posted video.

Oh hello, I'm back ^^

Don't know why, but 2 years after losing my sprite work and quiting TSR, I decided to get back to SSBP.
But I know you don't want to hear my history, so I'm working on Mario's running anim, and it's turning to be like this:

I want you to C+C before I go on this and finish it, but I'm already planning adding lateral head movimentation and cap waving.

Also I've made minor changes on the idle (now the moviment is a bit more fluid and he has a "fierce" look):

I would like to thank Gregarlink10, for this sheet. Because of it, now I have some movement reference (though it's not that good, but still something). Note that I'm not editing, just refencing it. I've made something for Link and Isaac to post later.

I still don't like how Mario's hands are in his idle. It just seems like a weird thing to be doing. Make them fists like they should be.

I mean you guys can have the hands however you want that's just what I think since fists is a common position for characters.
Maybe if his hand movements were a bit different? I dunno.

I'm less concerned with the hands and more concerned with more frames. Hands will come later.

You should add Luigi's Thunderhand to Mario attack.

About the hands, mario's stance in ssbb already looks like a dance, even with closed fists. So, I think it's not worthy edit him. But if you still want to see it, go ahead.
